I am Damien Cooke, a dedicated Counsellor and Reiki Master with over 20 years of experience in the community sector. My journey has taken me through various roles, including support worker, coordinator, and client services manager, where I have had the privilege of guiding individuals and families towards healing and empowerment.

I am passionate about fostering growth and resilience in those I work with, believing that every person has the potential to thrive. Outside of my professional life, I find joy in connecting with animals, swimming in serene waters, and exploring nature through hiking. My love for reading and writing allows me to reflect on my experiences and share insights that inspire others. Additionally, my appreciation for the performing arts enriches my life, as it provides a creative outlet and a means to connect deeply with others.
